Work in progress

We have two new airframes in progress.

One Multiplex easy-star.

This one will weight around 700g - It is known to have extremely tolerant flight characteristics. We expect it will be lighter/cheaper than the twinstar for paparazzi beginners. The major drawback of this pylon geometry is that it will only accept small propellers. We expect to fit it with 3S1P 1500mah lipos and a small outer runner brushless motor. The wings are in two parts, making it easy to carry.

One Topmodel ETA.

This one is intended as a bigger workhorse for larger payloads or longer endurance. A brushless/lipos setup can make it weight 1.7kg and it flies well up to 3kg. We want to take our 600g dv camcorder for a ride in this baby.
