The ::apply-config signal is emited during get data of config controller.

Default handler:

The default handler is called after the handlers added via g_signal_connect().

osc_connection

The AgsOscConnection.

The data is owned by the caller of the function.
message

Type: gpointer

The message received.

The argument can be NULL.
The data is owned by the caller of the function.
message_size

Type: guint

The message size.

The data is owned by the called function.
