Open some files.

Parameters

filename

Type: A list of utf8

The files to open.

The data is owned by the caller of the method.
Each element is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
overwrite_channels

Type: gboolean

If existing channels should be assigned.

create_channels

Type: gboolean

If new channels should be created as not fitting if combined with overwrite_channels.
