T4 is a simple macro processor whose syntax is influenced by m4 and TeX. The big advantage of TeX's macro processing system (called "TeX mouth") is it has an ability to take a paragraph as an argument of a macro. By means of this, you can easily define a new document format, and adopt it for your own purpose.
Although T4 was originally developed to define a standard description format for CodeRidge distributed software map, it is also useful for other purposes, so I started this project.
